Ramadan is coming,
Full of spiritual blessings, the month of Ramadan is a period of mercy and forgiveness for believers. The believer who makes use of this precious period with worship and good deeds opens the door to eternal happiness. The following is stated in a Hadith (saying of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh):
“During the month of Ramadan, the gates of heaven are opened, the gates of hell are closed and the devils are chained” [1].
This Hadith shows that; in the month of Ramadan, the gates of heaven are opened and the gates of hell are closed for the believer who does good deeds and avoids evil. Due to fasting, the devil’s hands are chained and Satan becomes ineffective because the fasting person does not obey the devil and can control his soul. Every moment that a person lives is a candidate for being a part of the time that opens to eternity. Who knows that this Ramadan does not hide this moment in it!
Ramadan is the season to acquire the approval of Allah. Every moment of Ramadan is such a blessing: Fasts, five times prayers, tarawihs (late night prayers), prayers, dhikr and rosaries, iftar, sahur, fitrahs, charity, etc. They work like good deeds. They make may make the believer attain eternal blessings and happiness.
